The Unicystic Ameloblastoma (UA), represents an invasive polymorphic lesion whose origin is currently unknown, but it presumed to form from the epithelial remains of Malassez sheath Hertwig. It second most prevalent odontogenic tumor, which characterized by being locally and high recurrence. usually presents a predilection for male sex, affecting during third decade life. Clinically, asymptomatic, however, can generate swelling with facial asymmetry, causing expansion bone cortical, allowing infiltration into soft tissues. Radiographically, UA well-defined radiolucent unilocular appearance histologically be luminal, intraluminal mural, depending on characteristics pathological cavity. Treatment focuses surgical resection lesion, allows removal tumor safe margins.
